In Memory of Dean

1935-1994

God saw you were getting tired, a cure

was not to be. So he put his arms around you,

and whispered come with me. With tearful

eyes we watched you suffer and saw you

fade away, although we love you dearly, we

could not make you stay. So when we saw

you sleeping so peacefully from pain, we

could not wish you back to suffer that

way again. A golden heart stopped

beating, hard working hands went to rest,

God took you to prove to us he only takes

the best. In life we miss you dearly

in death we love you still, in our

hearts you hold a special place, no one

else could ever fill.
